#mamaxpert Hello mam..mam meri c section delivery hui thi oct m ab mera weight kafi badd gya hai usse kaise reduce kru..and mera face bhi bhut dull ho gya hai ?? Plz suggest me

A. Hi Mom, do not worry, eat a healthy and balanced diet with homecooked foods. include whole grains, millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats in small quantities and adequate water. add small mid-meals after 2 hours and regularize your meal timings. avoid junk, processed and fried foods, carbonated beverages, excess salt, sugar and fats, refined flour. you can start with walk, yoga or exercises.

A. hello dear after completing 6 months if you feel physically fit and your doctor allows you than initially you can start with light exercise or you can do yoga at home also you can do Surya Namaskar 12 times a day if you can't do anything else in your busy routine cut all the junk food and have diet full of fibre have seasonal fruits and vegetables drink lots of water have jeera water empty stomach the early in the morning divide your meals into 6 small portions
