shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello mom Should I add more dairy products in your regular diet plan and start taking at least 2 to 4 cup of milk in a day. Rather than this you should also add jeera and ajwain is your regular diet it will help in increasing breast milk. Baby should be totally your mother’s milk or formula milk and there is no need to give anything else till six months
