Mam... My son is now 8.8 kg.. birth weight was 2.7kg .. his hemoglobin level is 9.4

A. hi weight is really good but yes hemoglobin level is low please consult your pediatrician and start giving necessary supplements for this add iro fortified cereals, green leafy vegetables, fruits like apple, pomegranate, Amala, strawberry etc in your child diet
