Q.

Mam my son is 6 yrs old but he is slim..his weight is near about 18 kg ...kindly suggest some diet chart..he has to make eat everything forcefuuly..very rare to eat something voluntarily

A. Hello dear parent! Give your child a well balanced healthy diet that includes green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Keep your child well hydrated all day. Give 3 large portions and 2 small snacks in a day. Involve your child in family meals to encourage self eating healthy foods. Be patient and persistent in your efforts to feed your child. Good luck and take care.
