mam he is slim.. for weight gain what he should eat

A. dear mum, do not go by the appearance of your 4+ years old child. As long as your child is active, playful and achieving all growth milestones it indicates good health. For healthy weight gain and growth, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. grains and millets 4 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits - 1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of processed and packaged foods.
