you can include variety of homecooked foods and make it attractive using different colorful fruits and vegetables or can give different shapes to it.
include stuffed roti or paratha, rice and daliya recipes with veggies, variety of fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, banana, chikko, sprouts and pulses, milk, paneer, milk shakes, nuts and dried fruits, porridge, kheer, sheera, veg upma or poha, pancake, chila, idli, dosa, egg, chicken and fish if non-vegetarian. and use ghee in meal preparations.
feed on regular intervals after 2 hours
avoid force feeding.
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much if baby is active and having food properly. nd as you said baby is not taking food properly and it is due to loose appetite. and please give your baby ajwain ark and pomegranate juice for better appetite.
