A. for low breast milk supply you need to take plenty of liquids and high fibre diet and give frequent feeding to your child so that milk production increases as it is a hormonal phenomena regulated by signals to the brain so you should feel positively motivated and do not try to give formula milk unless advised by your paediatrician and if the weight gaink and urinary output of your baby is normal .if required you can also take help from a lactation consultant who will guide you in a verynx proper way regarding establishment of good lactation as well as will help you in relieving pain if you have any. medicines are not of much help in this but definitely your diet is very important.

A. hi dear mom..the more baby will drink..the more milk your breast will produce..if you feel your supply is low..make sure you are well hydrated and having well balanced meal .
