mam mujhe pregnancy ka 16 week chalu h to mai dry fruit kon konse khau aor kaise khau bhigo k ya bina bhigo k pls tell me aor dhudh kab pina chaiye

A. can eat all types of dry fruits. A safe and healthy way to consume dry fruits is by soaking them in water and peeling the skin before consuming it. tc

A. hi parent better to use the same after soaking in water take all the dry fruits but please make sure it's suitable to you take sunbathing daily a take supplements as suggested by your doctor
