mam mai saatvik Verma ki muma bol rahi hu dilivery ke baad dr ne mujhe bola tha iron aur calcium ki medicine 3 month lene ko bola tha abhi band kar di hai abhi mujhe fir se weakness lagti hai medicine chalu rakhni hai

Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advice can be given regarding this . so please consult your doctor once. Ine general ytou should take a healthy diet for youfrself with plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done

A. your daughter actually recommended you for a very less time please medicines are supposed to be taken for a minimum of 6 months and to one year if you need to go head with one year so you should take it now for at least 6 months minimum start with all the three necessary supplement
