Q.

mam I have 3months child c section .when I slept at night I'm suffering with back pain hardly after weakup 10 minutes it will gone what I can do at night

A. kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency. you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posturre which will help in decreasing the pain. for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy. meet your doctor if it is not improving. advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables

A. hi yes ,it is common to get it after c section. what you should do is ,have calcium rich diet like Ragi , nuts, dairy products etc more. take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day. avoid drinking RO water. don't sit or stand for long period. take support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping. it will give you relief in pain. you may use Babyhug heating pad to get relief .

Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
