Mam good evening. I have been trying for pregnancy The first one was the c section, For the past 6 years it has not happened but my periods and everything was normal. My friend told me it took folic acid tablets, can you suggest me a pregnancy folic acid and some other foods

A. Hello mam don’t go as per your friend in the sense please consult a gynaecologist and get yourself examined for it and take necessary supplements and dosage as or your condition.
