mam ceaserean delivery 10nov 2020mai hui h hone ke baad 1month to rest Kiya us ke baad stairs abdn krne ki vjah se MERI Puri body main pain rehta h

take proper care of your self and your baby only..
if you have household work then take help of house helper for few months.
