Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. बहुत बार ये वातावरण बदलने से भी होता है और काफी बार वायरल इंफेक्शन के वजह से भी होता है। बच्चे को साधारण गर्म पानी पिलाआइए और गर्मx दूध भी दे सकते हैं। बच्चे के नाक में सलाइन ड्रॉप्स डाल सकते हैं जिससे नाक की सर्दी और गले की सर्दी और खांसी कम होगी। सिरप मैक्स्ट्रा 2.5 ml दिन में दो से तीन बार दे सकते हैं जिससे सर्दी और नाक का पानी और साधारण खासी में कमी आएगी। बच्चे को अदरकx तुलसी का पानी दिया जा सकता है और हल्दी वाला दूध भी थोड़ी मात्रा में दी जा सकती है।

Nebulising normally helps a lot in clearing of the congestion so you can go ahead be doing that once the congestion is going to clear up I’m sure it is going to be much better so you can try doing that at least two times in the day and steam indirectly twice in a day
