Ma'am Iam mother of 7year and 3.5years children now iam want to reduce my belly fat and hip iam a working woman no time to spend exercise So what to do maam

A. Post pregnancy weight loss is a major concern in almost every female . Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase. You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle stregngthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the bahby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .
