Ma'am ,I had a c section delivery on 26 July 2021. what type of exercises I can start now and for how much time I should do exercise in a day?

A. regular daily walking along with just 15 minutes exercise is very beneficial to maintain proper health after delivery after you complete 6 to 7 months then you can start with heavy workout if you are doing regularly before

A. Hello dear parent! You can do small household chores. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Be patient and persistent in your efforts. Good luck and take care.
