i have a c section delivery on 12 July... how long should I use the belt?? I have used it for a month only as of now

RashmiMom of a 10 yr 11 m old girl2 years agoA. You can use it for 40 to 60 days if you are comfortable with that see the point to use that belt is that your tummy does not become more sagging because that is what happens after a delivery when it is a normal or C section it is not going to help in reducing your tummy so don’t wear it with that intention otherwise you can easily where it for good 40 to 60 days in general
