m a brestfeeding mom I like to eat sweets...but my in laws restric me to eat sweets for baby...is it true that sweets in mom diet will cause problems in brestfedbaby my baby is 1year old

Nope It is not at all like that it is just a myth that people or having you can eat sweets but everything that you’re eating should be in moderate quantity that’s very very important but you can eat sweets it’s not at all an issue I don’t know why you’re in laws are stopping you what is no restriction as such it’s absolutely fine
