Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquitds and give pgroper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

Yes Yes absolutely you can go ahead with that it’s absolutely fine and anyways after normal delivery after three months once your stitches he’ll you completely you can go ahead with any kind of basic exercising as well but I think is not recommended during that time
