Last 4 days he is not laughing I am thinking he have cold that's why he is not laughing, is it correct?

Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decofengestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
