l have twins one is very thin one eats the same but not putting on weight what should I do?

A. dear Mum, for healthy weight gain, Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Also give one healthy snack in between. Give nuts like almond, dry fruits. All seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products, chicken. At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. some babies gain weight slowly. if your baby is active, playful, achieving all growth milestones, Weight is within the normal range for baby's age then do not worry.
