kya main dopahar lunch karne ke 1 hour baad exercise ya yoga kar sakti hu .

A. dear mum afternoon lunch karne ke baad Kam se Kam 2 hours ka gap rakhna chahiye for exercise or yoga otherwise you will feel sluggish and can also cause muscle cramps
