ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.
Try veggies warm, cold, frozen, roasted, steamed, sautéed, with dip, in different shapes, etc.

Hi See if your child is not going to eat vegetables what kind of a diet plan are you expecting because everything requires good amount of vegetables into it so it’s very important so if you are looking for a diet plan excluding all the vegetables and you should consult a nutritionist maybe she would be able to advise you with something
