Q.
Its been around 5 months post my delivery. (june 4) From september onwards I am having periods in every 8 or 9 days. What may be the reason. And also I am having excessive hair fall for last 1.5 month. Any remedy to reduce this.

Wash hairs often with chemical free shampoo apply onion paste twice a week to make hairs smooth and to reduce hair fall and parabean free shampoo apply coconut oil or olive oil and also apply onion paste regularly to reduce hair fall
Maintain hydration
Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
Maintain hygiene
