Q.
Its been 7month and post pregnancy I didn’t wear belt regularly. Now I want use abdomen belt continuously to reduce my tummy. Just want to know if will use 24hrs then will it cause any side effects?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. tummy belt does not help to reduce your tummy and also it is very uncomfortable to wear full day it is always advised to do exercising regularly for about three to four months which is more beneficial to reduce your tummy.
