it's very hot and humid at my place, so can I keep my 3 month old at day time in AC?

Yes absolutely you can keep your child and air conditioner you can also use fan along with it if you want there is no problem with that the temperature you can maintain somewhere and 24° to 25° that is the safest temperature for a child to be maintained during air conditioner usage
