Q.

It's been three months of my delivery and I haven't taken iron and calcium tablets will it effect my body later.

A. yes, you need to tKe it fir good recovery. Continue iron for at least 3 months and calcium supplements till you are feeding your baby. plus have protien rich food.

Of course it well and you will not have spent with proceeding at this time that Dr always advise you to go for calcium multivitamin and I don’t because when you deliver a child you lose a lot of strength you lose a lot of her stuff from your body which is why these things can help you have proper strength and stamina in the body and meet all your deficiency so if you have not had it then it is not good for youWrite Your Answer Here
