Q.

It's been 6 months post delivery..I get period like cramps every month but no period..what does that mean?Is that a sign that I am ovulating?

A. hi m9m yesit can be because ovulation starts before periods so u need to use protection while having sex to avoid unwanted pregnancy ..for pain consult with a doctor ..

A. hi dear A hormone called prolactin drives milk production, and it essentially stifles ovulation. When you don't ovulate, you don't have your period. It's normal not to menstruate for six months or longer when you're exclusively breastfeeding or chestfeeding your baby.
