Q.
It's been 6 months post delivery..I get period like cramps every month but no period..what does that mean?Is that a sign that I am ovulating?

Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear A hormone called prolactin drives milk production, and it essentially stifles ovulation. When you don't ovulate, you don't have your period. It's normal not to menstruate for six months or longer when you're exclusively breastfeeding or chestfeeding your baby.
