Q.
It's been 1 year that I have delivered a baby ,normal delivery. I am having severe fatigue . especially my lower limbs,I have severe cramps and I get tired very soon . infact I never feel enough rested. I don't have any other health issues.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. take healthy diet further here you can follow the advice of your doctor and your doctor will explain you in a proper way and if required after a proper assessment .
Its always better if you follow your doctor advise with a proper guidance for the concerning matter.
