i had csec in july still have lower back pain n fatigue. what can i do . and is maternity belt helpful after 10months of delivery

A. eat low calorie diet. reduce your sugar and fat intake. walk for half an hour daily. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day my maintain a good spine posture to have sunbath every morning
