it's 7 days after my normal delivery .I am exclusively breastfeeding. my weight today is 45 kg and before delivery it was 61 kg . it's this weight loss too much or is it normal?

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. weight loss will be there after delivery but this is much take care of yourself have healthy and balanced diet keep your self well hydrated exclusively breast feeding recommend for six months
