my baby boy is 3 months 3 week old. I had a c-section delivery and I am exclusively breastfeeding. My period has returned day before yesterday. Is that normal? will it interfere with breastfeeding ?

A. Hi, it is completely normal. Take adequate liquid and keep your self well hydrated. As a breastfeeding mom it is very important. Take the iron and calcium supplements until one year as suggested by your gynaecologist. Take rest. And have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food.
