I got c section delivery 3 months ago now I'm breastfeeding my baby exclusively but still I got my period so early within 3 months after c section what's the reason is it safe??? or else I should seek doctor for this plz help me

A. yes this is normal some will get theirs periods from the next month while some will get after few months or a year , all are normal. if you have heavy bleeding or severe pain then consult with the gynaecologist as she will guide you better. also you should start taking the foods rich in iron amd calcium.
