#asktheexpert I am exclusively breastfeeding my 3 months 20 days old baby boy. I had c section. now I got my period one week before. is it normal or any issue?

And this is totally normal and periods will not affect your breast milk at all so you should not worry about it at all you should just continue breastfeeding your baby as you are doing there is no need to make any changes in it. Baby should be totally on mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else till
