it has been 3 months of my delivery but there is not any change in my backache it is as same as it was in the first month and i am also having severe pain only in the joints of my left leg.

A. hi mom if it was a normal vaginal delivery then you can start with brisk walk cycling yoga etc to strengthen your muscles .. follow up with your doctor for medication
