hii there I want to ask can I wear support belt after c section as I have backache my baby is now two months old

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yes you can weat belt now no har. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

Yes You can of course use the belt but don’t keep any high hopes it is going to reduce out your stomach or something it is only want to keep the stomach in place so it does not start to suck with the passing time so you can wear it it is going to actually support your back on
