is Woodward's gripe water safe for 1 and half month baby?

Hello mom gripe water is not much recommended as per some studies small amounts of alcohol was found in some of the products , so a mother having good diet which are easy to digest and use of hing in her meals also consumption of jeera or ajwain or saunf water on regular bases would be helpful
