Q.

is warm water with honey and kemon safe in first trimester?as m suffering from very bad constipation..plz answer..m also taking duphalac syrup 10ml..

A. it can be taken, if u having constipation, take softovac powder with luke warm. water. eat more fiber rich food, n drink plenty of fluids.. all the best
