is there any problem by adding nanpro3 in hot water... by adding hot water and then allow to cool... if it loses any benefits in nanpro 3

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, do not make it in hot water, this will loss nutrition from it. use normal room temperature water. water should be cooled well boiled water thank you.
