So you had a miscarriage I would suggest you to please take care of yourself for first 30 to 40 days as you generally take it after you deliver the child because the body is very sensitive and loses a lot out of it when even you have a miscarriage so that’s about it have healthy diet take necessary supplements just ask your doctor if you can do exercise because that will help in calming your nerves plus meditation will help
