Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you need to build good immunity for your child by giving balanced diet including all nutrients can also give multivitamins and vitamin c supplements all fruits most importantly to stay safe at hom. . you can give little amount of Tulsi and honey to your baby
