you can include all family food, include seasonal fruits and vegetables specially green leafy vegetables, eggs, nuts, dairy products etc , plenty of fluids to be taken start exercise after you complete 5months

No, There is no food restriction while breast feeding. U can eat freshly prepared homemade food. Just avoid oily, spicy, bakery food.
Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months. Take care
