I am breastfeeding my 1yr 10 months old baby. Can I get vaccinated by Covaxin? Is there any restrictions?

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 22 months old and he is taking breast feeding still now so if you want to take Covid vaccination then it’s not advisable as it’s safety is not determined yet

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello dear this is not clear yet at all because in the current situation the scenario is that every doctor has on opinion some are saying that this is immunity booster so it is very important for the breastfeeding mother on the other side of you are saying that lactating mothers should not take this because results are not clear yet so I think you should wait and the consult with your personal gynecologist
