Hello ma’am Yes you should not be eating anything heavy as of now that is what I can tell you apart from that you should be avoided to eat too much of spicy food refined flour is completely restricted as of now try to eat more of fruits and vegetables green leafy vegetables and things which are light and easy for you to die
