better consult your gynaecologist for routine check up and do all routine investigation required And start treatment as advised by your doctor

Gestational diabetes is treated with the help of diet and routine usually but if it doesn't work , Medication can be taken as per your treating gynaecologists advise.
take sunbathing daily
keep yourself hydrated
consult good nutrition expert.
