Hello Doctor, I have gestational diabetes but it is under control with diet restrictions without medicines. Can i eat banana ?

A. Hello mam as you said it’s under control you may consume .. over all it’s a good healthy fruits .. but it does have a tendency to increase the blood sugar levels . Have it in the day time

A. it is okay to eat any fruits in moderation during gestational diabetes. have one banana after lunch like a evening snack around 3 to 5 pm.
