#AskTheExpert I have gestational diabetes and I am 8month pregnant taking all medicines and even going morning evening walk but it is not in control

A. You should have regular meditation and also make a schedule to have died more frequently but less amount which will help control your diabetes. Also, try to avoid overthinking and be positive
