Is swimming is safe after c section? It will effect the stitches or not??

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. You should take your time about 9 to 10 months once your internal external stitches Hit after that you can go for swimming it is not going to have any negative impact it is going to be really very important for you to be physically fit before you go for it
