is rampant carries common in 3yrs old...plz suggest me some treatment as well as home remedies

No it is not very common with all the kids you should get a proper treatment done with the dentist and it is not going to settle on its own neither their home remedies to it so it’s very important that you please consult your dentist and proceeded with the treatment suggested by your doctor only
