#asktheexperts my baby is having fever from 4 days although mild . He is having cough and cold as well. Giving medicine as well. Pls suggest some home remedies as well to soothe him

A. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever. Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants bbf. steam inhalation would be beneficial . Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
