A. yrs irs good as its a rich source of iron. as well ass fibre. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress

A. Yes Very healthy food option to go for it is light and easy for an adult body to digest so you can have it specially for breakfast not for lunch and dinner for those times you should be having proper meals butter for breakfast if you want to have something like you can definitely go for it
